Hey everyone,
We’ve just set up a free demo on our homepage. This allows anyone to try Newsletter Glue in a clean WordPress install in under a minute.
I’m really excited by this because it’s generally very hard to try plugins in the WordPress ecosystem. Most of the time, users search for the free plugin in WordPress.org, then upgrade to the pro version without ever trying it. Or they take a leap of faith and purchase the pro plugin directly and rely on the refund policy in case they don’t like it.
With the free demo we now have on our site, anyone can try the full pro version of our plugin in a fresh WordPress install. This means they can:
✅ Test the entire plugin and know exactly what they’re getting.
✅ Not worry about breaking anything, since it’s just a demo site and not their actual site.
If you’ve been wanting to kick the tyres on Newsletter Glue for awhile, this is now the best way to do it!
Product updates 🧰
Here are some key things we’ve recently launched:
- Add your own fonts: You can now add custom fonts to your email template by adding
body, body td, * {font-family: Roboto;}into the custom css. Be sure to add fallbacks though, as most email clients only recognise basic fonts (e.g. the ones we include in the theme editor). - Compatibility with WordPress 5.9 FSE site editor.
- Added line breaks compatibility. Aka shift+enter now works.
